Something Went Wrong

I was going to update my applications, but the apps tab won't open. Only "If reloading your apps doesn't fix the problem, please contaact customer support for help." shows. I do not know why. I also cannot download. Please help me.

I was going to update my photoshop and premiere, then that appeareed. I already uninstalled it but it didn't work. I tried eveything that I read here.
