Sorry installation failed error code p4

Hi

 

(please excuse my bad English, I'm French)

 

I don't know why but I discover that Adobe Creative Cloud was stuck on an update at 42%

 

I try to redownload it and reinstall it without success, each time I get "sorry installation failed error code p4"

 

I also download Adobe XD from myAdobe acccount an try to install it > the same error!

 

I Googled this error, and followed many procedures, many Adobe Cleaner, etc. notinh works for me...

 

I do not know what to try next... ?

Hi

Finaly reboot my Mac in safe mode, and was able to (re)install everything fine!

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.

Hi thanks, but I'm on Mac... But I'll look into your links
