Souscription étudiante

Bonjour, j'ai souscrit ce samedi à la suite Adobe et je ne parviens pas à accéder aux applications comprises dans la licence. Le seul accès que j'ai est à Créative Cloud (chose dont je n'ai pas besoin). Dans le cadre de mes études j'ai besoin de photoshop, première ou encore lightroom et il m'est indiqué que je dois payer (de nouveau) de façon mensuel.

Si je ne peux pas avoir accès à ces sites après vos réponses je souhaiterais résilier au plus vite et être rembourser, pourriez-vous m'indiquer la marche à suivre.

And if you still can't solve the problem, please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Check your account to see what is included in whatever it was you subscribed to.

 

If you subscribed to the Creative Cloud All-Apps subscription, that includes Acrobat, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop, along with InDesign, Illustrator, and a dozen or so more apps.

 

If you subscribed to the Photography plan, that is the 2 Lightroom applications and Photoshop. Acrobat is not included.
