i have the student/ teacher all apps Cc. I’ve been told over the phone I don’t get spark premium features but how is this so because I have proof my purchase does include spark. the help centre says anyone with cc has access to spark premium features, it says this in two help articles also the spark product page says anyone with a cc membership had access to premium features. My purchase recipt has spark listed as an app. I guess Adobe is just money hungry and I should choose some one else. Because I’m sick of long wait times, today 46:28 seconds and still on hold, my battery is going to die before I get to speed. They have useless staff unable to help and with Simple things and false advertising. Furthermore after my last call I was promised proof in an email as to why I don’t get spark. I have yet to receive that

im hurt with a hyperext arm that why I have time to make thes calls but if I was at work how do you think my boss would feel if it took an hour for me to get help.

There call centre doesn’t have an option for an open incident so after I get off hold I’ll be transferred again
