special accomodation for certification exam

hello, i registered to take a certification exam [ACE premiere pro 2015] with ID: ADB00477977 with psi, but was denied because of an issue with my name [2 names] not corresponding with my ID Card [3 names]. The names are the same save one, because I did not have an option for a third in their fill out form. They have asked me to contact you for a special accommodation and allow my retake/reschedule my exams. And you should mail them also once approved. Please help because I need the certification. Been awaiting this opportunity for three years now.

Hello Ned,

It was customer care that directed me here. PSI just said I should contact Adobe, and that was where I went first. She even told me to go online, but I specifically told her that Adobe needed to address the issue, not YouTube. PSI wants Adobe to respond to my issue first then mail them to reschedule for me
