I tried to change my subscription to this special offer, but Adobe doesn't offer this in there overview.

Do I miss something?

    you're posting to a thread that's 3 years old.  but the response from @Abambo is still correct.  adobe offers are rarely (if ever) world-wide and universal.

      And they aren't unlimited in time. The 2019 special offers are long gone…

       

      If you really want a deal, do what you do when you buy a car and the price is not good enough. Ask the salesperson for his best price. 🙂

      Sometimes special offers are regional. I do not see such an offer at a price tag you're showing.
