spinning circle when trying to download photoshop on mac second computer

I am setting up my second iMac, system 10.9.4. I have purchased the photoshop and lightroom and currently use the photoshop on a different iMac. When I go to download either program my creative cloud on my desktop is empty

and my mouse spins constantly. I left this alone all night thinking it just took some time, but it is still spinning and I do not have a program to work with yet. I am using Safari browser...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
