SPLIT PERSONALITY! Can I merge my previous and my current Support Community profiles?

My employer recently changed how we pay for my Creative Cloud access. I used to have a CC account under one email, and now I have a new one under a different email. (The previous account / access was cancelled. I can still log in under my prior account, but it treats me like a prospective customer, rather than a current one, with "Trial Version" buttons on all the apps.)

I'm having an issue with InDesign that I'm trying to resolve thru the this Support Community, but I just realized that I actually have two accounts (or logins, or "personalities") here!

MY QUESTION: Is there a way to "merge" my old Support Community account with my new one, so that:

1) I don't have to re-enter all my profile info; and

2) all my prior posts & comments here will carry over to my current account?

Thanks!

PS: I just received this link from an online chat agent ... going to check it out now. 🙂

I don't know what Adobe Campaign has to do with this.  If I understand correctly, you have 2 forum screen names now.  Don't try to combine them.  Just log-in to the forums with your old Adobe ID and password which should bring up your old  forum screen name.
