Sprog engelsk/tysk

Hej.

Jeg har købt engelsk version af Photoshop Elemebts 14, men når jeg forsøger at downloade kommer der en TYSK vejledning! Jeg forstår en smule tysk, men slet ikke nok. Jeg er også bange for, at jeg får en tysk version.

Hvad gør jeg?

    First you should try downloading the installation file(s) and see if it does install German.  If not then you have no problem.  If it does then you might need to work with Customer Support (or whomever sold it to you) to get a serial number and download for an English version.

    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the mail. I'll try what you suggest, but I have another - and

    perhaps bigger - problem:

    When I bought Photoshop Elements 14 I got this mail:

    [NEVER POST A SERIAL NUMBER IN AN OPEN FORUM !!!]

    [You have just given your serial number to everyone who read this message before]

    [I deleted the number... or people who receive all their forum messages via email]
