Stand-alone Standard X license is no longer supported by Adobe. I have lincense number and I'd like to activate it on user's new computer.

Please advise how to manage that.

Regards

Monika

    Hello @8058050

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Please note that Adobe Acrobat X (including Standard X) reached the end of support in 2018, and activation servers for this version have been retired. This means the original serial number can no longer be used to activate the software on a new device. See this article for more information: End of support for Adobe Acrobat X and Reader X.

Adobe recommends moving to the latest Acrobat subscription plan (Acrobat Pro or Standard) for continued compatibility, security updates, and support. https://adobe.ly/3MDaIxz
If you need the perpetual/serial number-based Acrobat 2024, see this article: https://adobe.ly/3MExiWA

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Anand Sri.
