Status icon missing from CC files

We have just upgraded to new mac computer in the office and have found that the status sync icon has disappeared from next to our files in the CCloud has anyone had this same issue?

I suppose you are talking of the creative cloud file space?

You mean the green check box indicating that the file has been synced to the cloud? That icon is handled, if my memory is correct, by the OS.

Thanks for your reply yes that I the check box that I mean........ maybe it is a mojave issue
