Sticky notes and hide Toolbars

I would like to know if there is a way to work with my "Hide Toolbar" and acces my sticky notes. 

 Apparently the screen of my laptop is small, so to get the more visualization from it I need to almost Hide all Toolbars "F8".   I only Hide the toolbar nothing else. I need to review my sticky notes but I'm unable to review/open them , because of my hide toolbar??  I drop a photo so you can check my screen.  The hand tool recognize the sticky note but I'm unable to open , click it.   PLease guys if you know a way to HideToolbar + have a normal PDF use let me know!  thank you in advance.
