still asking for the old serial number

Question

We have a creative team cloud membership. I uninstalled photoshop than I installed photoshop from the appliaction manager.  The application is still asking for a serial number. ?

This would indicate that the Adobe Application Manager is facing difficulties accessing the Internet. Please work with your I.T. department to help resolve these access issues.
