Still didn't get my refund...
On 12/03/2018 ive talked with adobe's customer care about my refund and he said he has initiated my refund.So ive waited for 10 days and when i asked about my refund they said the customer care before this one didnt initiate my refund...So i kindly asked her to do it again.But guess what ? Now they are telling me this : 
This is really urgent situation.Since my account is cancelled 16 days ago and didnt get my refund , this is a huge problem for me.
