Still didn't get my refund...

On 12/03/2018 ive talked with adobe's customer care about my refund and he said he has initiated my refund.So ive waited for 10 days and when i asked about my refund they said the customer care before this one didnt initiate my refund...So i kindly asked her to do it again.But guess what ? Now they are telling me this :

This is really urgent situation.Since my account is cancelled 16 days ago and didnt get my refund , this is a huge problem for me.

What happened? Did you eventually get your refund?

Posting in the forums is not going to help much - these are primarily user to user forums, not a means of connecting with Adobe.  If you have an issue with a refund you need to contact support directly thru chat or by phone as you have been doing

Yes i know but ive contacted with chat 3 times still its an unknown issue for me.I hope i get a feedback asap.Thanks.
