Still haven't received academic status confirmation. Who can I contact to help me with this?

Last week I send proof of my academic status to Adobe so I can use my programs without the 30 day trial. I looked on your website and it says that I should have heard confirmation within 1 business day but I still have heard nothing.

Can someone please help me?

I would recommend reviewing the Education FAQ - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/education-faq.html.  The process is different depending on how and where you have purchased the education version of our product.  There is also links within the document to the correct place to contact depending on your region.
