Still possible to Purchase CS6 Production Premium - Student and Teacher Edition?

I am from Germany and I am wondering if there is a possibility to download Adobe CS6 Production Premium Student and Teacher Edition?

I tried to contact the t elephone support but they denied to answer my questions because they say that they aren't responsible. So I hope that an Adobe Supportmember is able to help me:
1. Is it still possible to purchase this Edition via the Link stated above?
2. By purchasing this version, do i get the rights to use it even for commercial purpose or ist this version only for non-commercial purpose?
