Still running PS 2015

Question

I pay monthly for Adobe CC and have realised Im still running PS 2015? I tried updating and nothing has changed. How do I get PS 2021? And will this require all my actions to be reloaded, current program info below. Please help!! Thank you

...Operating System: Windows 10 64-bitVersion: 10 or greater....Which version of Windows 10 you are exactly using?It is possible that your Windows version doesn't match the system requirementsof the recent Photoshop version.
