Stolen activation SN for Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

My activation license for Photoshop Elements 15 is being used by a stranger. I purchased the original in January 24

and registered it in August 24. The PC on which the software was loaded has been disposed of and the drive was securely wiped. So while trying to load the original copy  on to my new laptop i am now told that my code is being used on a third party machine and i need to purchase a new code. Logging into my Adobe account confirms that. I am greatly puzzled how this could happen. I surmise that someone has hijacked my email account to register the software as when i tried to login to my original Adobe account  my original password had magically changed.

Nope it just says the software is just being used on another computer
thats it as vague as you can get. The joke is i left it unused for nearly 9
months now i have installed it on my current laptop it keeps telling me i
need a new activation code as the old one is being used by god knows who.

using your account, you should be able to deactivate.
