My PC was stolen a couple of hours ago. I would like to uninstal remotely Creative Cloud or deactivate it. What shall I do? Thanks

Hi Albertoricci,

I'm really sorry to hear about your laptop. That's terrible!

In some countries, you can deactivate through Adobe.com. Check out the steps in the following help document under "Deactivate > Deactivate from Adobe.com: Learn how to activate and deactivate Creative Cloud apps​.

If are not able to deactivate through Adobe.com, you will need to contact Adobe directly via chat or phone to have them deactivate Creative Cloud: Contact Customer Care​.

You won't be able to uninstall without the computer, but it doesn't really matter so long as you get your Creative Cloud is deactivated on that machine.
