Is there any way I can disable My Creative Cloud apps on a PC that was stolen from me? This would be an issue, since I don't want others to be able to enter my creative cloud, and use my apps..

on any computer that you have been signed-out of your cc desktop app, your adobe cc apps will not be useable.

if you sign into creative cloud on a 3rd computer, you will be prompted to sign all other (two) computer out of cc.  that will prevent the user of your stolen pc from using your cc app unless they also have your password.

you can change your password, if needed here, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html

or you can contact adobe support for help signing out all computers from cc, http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=flash&topic=using-my-product-or-service
