Stop adobe creative cloud from starting when I don't need it

So I allready disabled adobe cc in startup and it doesn't start on startup anymore witch is good but it still runs in background taking a lot of cpu power and ram. Can I disable it permanently without affecting the processes of photoshop and other cc apps?

I get that it needs to run while I use cc apps but it runs even when I dont use them and I am tired of killing it in task manager every 30 mins or so.

Is there a way to get rid of it if I never use creative cloud stock photos, adobe bridge ect and just use each app induvidualy.

I basicaly use Photoshop and Ilustrator like back in CS days (no file sharing, downloading templates and no adobe stock)

So I dont need the CC app runing in my backround and destroying my preformance.

I wanted to uninstall it but aparently Ps and Ai needs it.

What do I do?

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the programs you want via direct download.  be aware you won't be getting any of the benefits of the cc desktop app with this step and make sure all the programs/versions you want are available for direct download: Download Creative Cloud apps
