stop illustrator for team montly subscription

2 years ago we bought an "illustrator for team" subscription.

Now we need to unsubscribe but there is no way through the portal.

At url "https: //helpx.adobe.com/it/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html" Adobe says to use of "cancel plan" function,

but in my console there is not that button.

Seems that is so simple to buy new subscription, but there is no way to interrupt the renewal.

how can I cancel a subscription ?

thank you for the tip, but I have already seen that.

the problem is : i have not the button "cancel plan" in my "manage plan" page and there are no device associated to the subscription "for team"
