Hee Hee... I love the CAPS! This was me this morning as well talking to adobe DIRECTLY. I deal with this each time I sit down at my iMac even when I leave the computer on and don't send it to sleep. It has to do with piss poor quality assurance. Are you sing MacOS? I ask because this doesn't happen as frequently as it does on my other Windows 7 machine. But atlas, were talking about adobe, expecting things to work is an understatement.....

Adobe will never get it together, the greed has already consumed them.

Hello,

The solutions given are not working.

All solutions from the forum posted by Adobe and by users are not working either.

The problem doesn't come from our network or our computer. It's coming from your software.

1.

For instance, if I sign in the Cloud but I don't use an app, I am never signed out. But when I run an app (indesign for instance), 3 min later I am signed out. I am signing in again and 3-5min later, I am signed out again, over and over.

2.

Using the Adobe Fonts are impossible due to the sign out problem!

3.

Furthermore, once signed in, if I want to update the Creative Cloud app by clicking the three dots at the top right of the Adobe Creative Cloud window and selecting "Check for App Updates", I am automatically signed out !

I use a DELL XPS 15 9575 2-in-1, Windows 10 Home edition 64bits, on a I7-8705G @3.1GHz / 16GB Ram / Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics, Intel(R) HD Graphics 630.

Waiting for a working solution!
