У вас получилось отменить? У меня такой же план как и у Вас. Час нервов , долгих ожиданий и трансферов. Заморозка чата и перенаправление на форум и блоги . Но это того стоило . Подписку отменили

There is no way to cancel 'Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)". According the information from "Plans & Products" tab I should go to the support services. I think it is here.
