Question

Storage immediately full on new Creative Cloud Plan

I recently purchased the Creative Cloud Photography plan which includes 20GB of storage. When I logged in to the Creative Cloud app I immediately got an alert saying my available storage was less than 10%. When I check my available storage with the Creative Cloud app, it seems to believe I have used 374% of my 20GB. Note: I also have a premium subscription to the Lightroom mobile app which includes 100GB of storage, of which I have used 74.83GB. If my math is correct, the 374% looks to be the 74.83GB I’m currently using on my premium Lightroom plan divided by 20GB from the Creative Cloud plan = 374%. I now cannot save anything to the cloud using my other Adobe apps because the system believes I have no space left. But I should have 20GB from the new plan, plus about 25GB remaining on my premium Lightroom plan. Please advise.

Another concern: if the cloud believes I have used more space than I've purchased (not true), will it automatically/eventually wipe out a bunch of my photos to get me back down to what it believes my limit is?

There seams to be a bug as the system seams not to consider your Lr Premium mobile plan. The only thing I can recommend is to file a bug report on this and to contact customer service so that they add manually the riquired space to your Lr Photography plan.

I don't think capacity is added together from the plans you get. Indeed, Adobe don't seem really ready for people to buy multiple plans at all. Your concern is well founded, I suggest you contact Adobe.
