Strange Pop up re-occuring

Hello ladies and gents,

Quick question if its ok with yourselves?

Im having an issue with a pop up that keep shutting my photoshop down and asking for payment when I have already paid as it is a direct debit setup. Once i press update details on the  pop up photoshop then works again for me as normal. However no money leaves my account ( and rightfully so ). However this pop up is concerning me. Has anyone else suffored from or come across a similar issue?

And feedback most appreciated!

All my best Danny

Make sure your Creative Cloud Desktop App is updated and you are signed-in with your PAID Adobe ID and password.

If it's forgetting you, try this help article.

Post back if you still need help.

This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support
-other users here can't help with an account problem
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
