Strange problem

HI! I have macbook pro 15 late 13. I buy Crearive CC and install it on new OS Catalina. BUT when my laptop don't connect to enthernet I have big problem after restarting system. All app in my mac load veryveryvery slow. When I connect SD card mac mount about 3-5 minutes. If I connect to web everythink is ok. Help...
