Struggling to download

Hello, yesterday I purchased the premier pro cc app and went onto the creative cloud app page to download. I pressed the download button and onscreen it began saying it was download but there was no sign of this elsewhere on my computer. I left it overnight and when i came back this morning it still said it was downloading again with no evidence of it actually doing so. any ideas how to download it directly? or resolve this problem?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
