Stuck at 99% downloaded with Indesign CS6 AAM

Hi There!

I'm stuck at 99% downloaded and when I click the little X button to cancel AAM got stuck Canceling Download... and nothing happens. I have to force quite AAM to rerun it again. I tried reinstalling but no luck. Is there any way to clean all the files AAM uses? But where is it? I am using MAC OS X Mountain Lion by the way.

Thanks!

Hello,

I am having this issue:

I have successfully installed Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweawer but with Illustrator no luck. I always get stuck on 99%. From pressing button Install, it jumps to 99% and then creative cloud notification appears - you have successfully installed illustrator. Unfortunately, after this Illustrator goes back to list of applications available to install. I do not have any old files from Illustrator in my laptop. I am using El Capitan OS.

Please let me know what can be wrong.

Thank you.

I fixed the problem! Thanks

Anyone? I can't believe I'm the only one having this download issue

I did found the Adobe CS Clean Up tool and run it plus manually deleting Adobe files and folders from ~/Library. I think that resets the entire installation since AAM asked for username and password again but what pain, now I cannot install Illustrator CS6. It stuck at 99% downloaded without any error! What a joke!

Can anyone from Adobe point me on a solution please, at least to try to fix this issue, pretty please!

By the way, I am getting this error from PDApp.log:

11/10/2012 15:01:44.403 [WARN] DownloadErrorVo Error has come from GDE with error type - -50 and error code - 60

11/10/2012 15:01:44.404 [WARN] DownloadError Download Error has come with GDE Error type - -50 and error code - 60

everytime it reach 99% Downloaded. I found this post but the error code is different, well, I tried it anyways by disabling my antivirus (Sophos) I actually uninstalled it but no luck! Still getting the same error in the log.

Anybody? Adobe Support? Thanks!
