Stuck in Infinite Syncing loop

I have seen this problem pop up many times before.
I've had it a couple of times and was able to solve it but this time I am in the middle of an important project, and my creative cloud is just STUCK, it keeps saying syncing and should be done by now.   Have tried all the recommended steps of deleting tmp files, .db files, uninstalling and reinsatalling the creative cloud app. My windows 10 is up to date and all the other adobe products are up toda te as well, I have rebooted the machine a couple of times as well.

Please help!!!  I really need to get this thing going, we are working with a remote team and we can't continue unless we sync.

you should be able, as a last resort, to

    1. copy all the sync'd files from your local directory to another directory and make sure they're all secured.

    2. then delete all the files in your sync'd local folder.  that should delete them online in adobe's cloud servers, too.

    3. finally, re-copy your backed up files to your sync'd folder.

Hi, this kinda worked. Made the backup, deleted the files in the folder, the first time it got stuck again, tried it two more time and the third one was the charm. Thanks
