Stuck on Adobe Install

I am trying to install Adobe Elements 2020 on my HP Pavillion laptop with Win 10 ver 1903. When I run Set-up.exe I get stuck with unresizable window as per screenshot below. Any advice? Thank you in advance,

In the above case, it was resolved through an Adobe support person doing a remote connection.

Another option is to press the Tab key again and again until it gets to the Continue button.
