Student Annual Plan Won't Process Payment!

I'm a Uni Student in Melbourne, Australia and when one of my relatives tried to pay for an adobe subscription for me, it would not process on the website, citing that it had a payment processing issue, and yet it showed up on my relatives banking app that the $289 had been paid or was at least pending payment.

What's going on and how can I fix this, I start in 3 days and am a bit concerned I'm not going to have all the tools I need for uni.

Unfortunately, not much we can do here. Definitely contact Adobe Support as soon as you are able to do do so.
