hi 2 days ago I paid for a student plan and they already charged my bank account but I can not use my adobe programme and it says they are on free trial period and it will stop in 6 days . what should I do ?

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.

Please confirm your new paid plan is active and student eligibility has been verified from your account portal below.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

Hey I just checked it and it seems like they haven’t changed my plan . Because they have charged me but they haven’t given me the account . What should I do ? How can I ask them to return my money or activate my account ?
