Student. [How to buy a student membership in Latvia?]

Hello, i am student from Latvia and i am interested in purchasing student licence from Adobe, but the problem is my country only has offers from re-sellers and re-sellers dont have students licences and wont have, ive contacted them all. Should i register account from different country and prove that im a student?
