Student license Creative Cloud normally 65 euros, we already paid 328 euros for less than a year (30.24 / month)

Normally we could buy a student license through the school for creative cloud, 65 euros per year. But in the end we paid 30.24 euros for each month. Apparently something went wrong during the transaction and we were connected to the Adobe website ... We paid 328 euros for less than a year.

We never received a bill, just in the end my son received an email with the bill in July and August, when we only noticed that we paid too much.

We get no refund or nothing, the chat is not answered on my question. The subscription has stopped, while I have paid for a month.

So no customer service?

How can this be solved.

I do not know your terms, but the 60€/year seams to be a highly subsidized rate. My rate would be 20€/month. For more information either contact your school or Adobe via the link Contact Customer Care .

Thank for your answer. My son had a school license of 65 for one year, but he had to renew and there went something wrong...at the link (software) of the school something went wrong and may have ended up on the official website, my son did not notice this .... only after 10 months he received an email from the monthly invoice and then his we start thinking ... also our mistake. thank everyone for your good advice. It is a pity that people did not show goodwill here at adobe, because all the payments could be seen there and we also had a school license first. Anyway. lost 265 euro.

I'm not sure that Adobe does not show good will. If your claim is legit (what I don't doubt, but I cannot check), Adobe will help you with this. As I do not know any of the terms of your school license I cannot promise anything but asking Adobe to look into your case.
