I am having trouble understanding how I paid for the student plan and I am not getting all the programs I thought I paid for. I bought this plan twice and it's saying I don't have illustrator, photoshop, inshoot, etc. If anyone could help me figure out what I should do please let me know!

1st you do not buy a subscription twice... you MAY now need to cancel one so you don't have double payments

2nd what exact message do you see?

3rd Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/plans to verify what you have
