Subscribe activation

Hello

I just bought every applications of creative cloud for on year. But it's actually not working: all my applications are still in test version... already tried to uninstall-install.. My subscribe maybe could be activated later ?.. i don´t know

i hope that it will be fixed soon

Ok so,  it was still not working. Moreover  i had an "error 16" that makes impossible to open trial versions.

What I did: uninstall and delete ALL my Adobe apps, files ..... Everything. Then reinstall Creative Cloud.. And now it's working, i can use apps and no problem with trial versions..

Ok so,  it was still not working. Moreover  i had an "error 16" that makes impossible to open trial versions.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

It can sometimes take up to 24 hours before your account is updated.  Wait a day, restart your computer, and try signing in.
