Subscribed Photoshop CS6 as a trial

I subscribed to Creative Cloud for Photoshop CS6. I am using an IMac with MAC OS 10.8.2. After downloading and installing with Adobe Application Manager (according to received instructions) I get a trial version. If I try to make access with my Adobe ID, I only get a request to insert a serial number.

If I insert the serial number that is indicated in MyAdobe/MyProducts with reference to my subscribed version of Photoshop CS6, I get a message that the serial nuber is invalid and i should contact the custemer service.

Can you help me?

    Thank you for taking care of my problem. The issue is not that I have an unresponsive butto, but that when I try access (and the IDOBE ID displayed is the correct one), I am back to the serial number insertion. I am trying to run the software on a MAC using OS 10.8.2. My internet conection is working though it is not as fast as I would like it be.
