Subscription

Hi! 
I need help with the subcription. I subcribed for PS four months ago and now I want to cancel it. However, I tried to unsubscribe from it (since the next payment is due now) but something always go wrong and won't allow to unsubscribe. 
Does anyone know a solution?

Also, your subscription is a one year contract, with a fee of 1/2 of the remaining balance to cancel early

    Not necessarily.  That only applies to Annual Prepaid or Annual, paid monthly plans.   The costlier Month-to-Month plan allows users to cancel anytime without penalty.
