Subscription Cancellation. Adobe is forcing me to continue subscription by no responding in customer support!!!! NO cancel button!!!!
Hi Adobe,
I would like to cancel of my subscription for Acrobat Pro Month to Month. Tried contacting customer service through Chat but forever unable to get a representative. I have requested to cancel 2 months ago, but you are still charging me through my credit card. I have been waiting for your representative in Chat for days. And i do not see any cancel option in my subscription. Please do not ask me to read the guide on how to cancel.
Please help to cancel ASAP as i have not been using for 4 months.
