We have valid licence. but it says your subscription has ended. Please let us know how to fix it?

Other team members are not having any issue.

You can check your subscription by accessing "Manage Account", which you can find via the Creative Cloud app (click on your face icon at the top of the CC Panel).

if ths revert to trial link fails to help, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

We already verified the subscription and it has the valid license and its active. How come it shows (your subscription has ended) error ?

I am having this problem too. I am paying my monthly fee but I am getting a notice on Acrobat that my subscription is expired and that I need to subscribe
