Subscription fees continuing after cancellation
Very frustrated by the lack of support around this issue.
I cancelled my subscription in July and received an email confirming the cancellation and advising I could access features until early September (next billing cycle). However, monthly subscription fees were taken from August-November.... When I realised and went back into my account- the subscription was still active- I cancelled again and received a confirmation email stating I would have access until SEPTEMBER... This indicated to me that I had in fact cancelled my account in July and it is an error on Adobe. However I am unable to actually get any human assistance to organise the refund that I should be entitled to.
