Question

Subscription insanity . . . how can I fix this?

I had a Creative Suite subscription that my department paid for. Then recently, I switched to our Institutional license.Yesterday, I received an email that my "account" (what account? The rep canceled it for-sure, for-sure yesterday).  This morning, I received yet another email about payment. When I opened it, CC deleted my fonts. When I went to my account, it doesn't show my institutional license, although I reran the license file I got from our software contracts people.

I have talked to customer support numerous times and they just keep telling me what I already know: That I had a subscription and it hasn't been renewed. I don't think that is helpful. I have been trying to fix this for a month now . . .

This is the message I got just now when I opened Illustrator. I am logged in with the correct ID; I just checked. This is nuts. What else is nuts is that apparently the licensing exe runs without any notification. It doesn't say it was successful . . . or not . . . so I can't really tell whether my subscription did, in fact, get authorized.

Ok, I did that. I opened another app, and didn't get the message. What I would like to know is what my subscriptions are. Why doesn't my institutional subscription show up under My Account?

I really would like to be able to know definitively what the Adobe licensing function thinks about me.

Thanks for your help with this . . . but . . . wouldn't it have relogged in this morning when I booted up?
