Subscription Issue

  1. I purchuased the yearly subscription of creative cloud all apps in June or July of this year but now four months later any time i try to open an app it says my license expired and that I need to rebuy. When I attempted to rebuy, I was told I already had and was paying for a subscription. So what do I do? Is it an issue with the student plan or is this just a glitch?

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
