Subscription says expired when it is not - CS6 and CC Photoshop not working

Hopefully someone can help me as Adobe support could not.  They recommended posting to this community.

I have both non-cloud Photoshop (CS6) and creative cloud based photography services that I pay monthly.  I am currently using Windows 7 as I have some older technology that I am still converting from (e.g. video, large format scanners, etc.).  I understand that Creative Cloud Photoshop cannot be updated and I am OK with that, as I am planning to jump to Windows  10 or 11 on my next PC build, sometime late next year.

Currently both my CS6, which is not subscription based and my Creative cloud are no longer working.  It is well documented that the Creative Cloud Application on Windows 7 has caused issues, so I cannot run the latest.  But both products were working until I tried it over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Support directed me to: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html to see if I could resolve the issue.  In the creative cloud and CS6 section of the post it has a link to test the connection to the Adobe server.  The link is a ping and takes you to: https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping.   Up to a few hours ago, that link did not result in a successful ping. I expect Abobe may be working on it as it is now returning pong, but it was not for the last several days.

For both CS6 and Creative Cloud Photoshop I am being returned to a renewing subscription page.  CS6 is not a subscription and my Creative Cloud subscription is paid monthly and is up to date.

My gut is that there is an issue with the liscensing server or a redirect that is not correct, but the result is I cannot use Photoshop and I am paying for it monthly.  My CS6 should not be disabled as it is a purchase and not a subscription.

I am looking for any help to get this back working.  I have already spent more than a day trying to figure this out.

Win 7 is no longer supported by either Microsoft or Adobe.  If you wish to use current Creative Cloud products, you need a modern OS.

Adobe expects users to have modern equipment and software, no more than TWO versions back.  Most Creative Cloud apps work on:
Windows 10 versions 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported)
macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina)

For Windows 7 read this

-on Windows be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the 1st link
