Subscription to CC done, licensing problem

I had just subscribed to CC yet whenever i start any app it asks me to license the software and give it a serial number. i've done and paid for it already.

verified all my information, tried whatever i can in the help section. logged in and out, restarted, but nothing is working and i have to use my apps as a trial

Hi Noei,

Please use your Adobe ID to license the software. The subscription is linked to your Adobe ID. You need not enter any serial number.

Im pretty sure i have already, i logged into my CC using my adobe Id, but when i open an app, it still asked me for a serial number even after i signed in again in the app
