Subscription to Illustrator after the payment has not appeared

I paid for a subscription to Illustrator, but this information does not appear in the management account and the app is not activated through the creative cloud. Subscription for photographers this works fine.

allow, at least, one business day pst for your payment to be processed.  (today is sunday pst.)

then check your account using the same adobe id used to pay, Adobe ID

in the meantime, you can use your adobe programs as trials by installing the cc desktop app and using it to install trials, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
