Subscription was ordered just for 1 month, but automatically it went further
Dear Sirs!
In April 2018 I ordered a 1 month subscription for InDesign (subscription nr ADB030105020RU), I really needed it for just 1 month, not more, thus I was very careful choosing the proper subscription stating "Subsription for one application of Creative Cloud - InDesign (one month)". But automatically the payment was prolonged and I found out only now that it went every month till now, as if I ordered a monthly subscription. Even I can say that the software (InDesign) did not work after the first month, I tried it on purspose. so I was sure that the subscription was just for one month as I desired.
Now i cancelled the subscription but I kindly ask you if there is a way to ask for the money back for the months that I didn't even intend to have it, May-August?
This is quite unfair, the names of subsrciption should sound more clear to the customers. I didn't even receive any message after the end of this first month about the subscription going further, no question, nothing. Just the money have been automatically taken from the credit card.
