Subscriptions and how to get refund

I've signed up for Adobe PTS + Lightroom with $9.99/month, but after about 3,4 days, I cancelled it. So how can I get a refund from Adobe ? I heard that if i cancel a subscription within 14 days, a refund will be conducted.

How long ago did you cancel and did you check your Adobe account to make sure it was actually canceled?
