suite 4 Not running Not upgraded Action Please tell me.

Question

After installing suite 4, I was using it well.
It doesn't run suddenly.
The upgrade confirmation window appears.
The Upgrade Confirmation window displays a message stating that no genuine product can be found.
How should I cope?

For reference, my operating system is windows 7.

I assume by "suite 4" you're referring to Adobe Creative Suite CS4, which is very old and no longer supported. It was released 11 years ago.

Windows 7 is also too old and no longer supported by Microsoft.

Time to upgrade your operating system and your Adobe software.
